Hotel Accommodation
Due to the strong demand for hotels in Padova in this period, we suggest to all the participants to make their hotel reservations as soon as possible, and in case not later than April 30th, 2020.
Special rates per room
Reservations for accommodation at special rates can be made online only through this website.
The tariffs are per room, per night and include breakfast and VAT.
The tariffs include the local tax requested by the Municipality of Padua.
The tariffs include the reservation fees.
Please note that hotel categories and rooms are assigned on a first come, depending on availability.

Local Tax
Starting with September 1st, 2011, a local tax has been enforced to all the overnight stays by hotels within the territory of the Municipality of Padua. The local tax has to be paid directly to the hotel selected for accommodation.
The amount of the local tax is not included in the room tariff and represents a tax that the hotel has to receive on behalf of the Municipality of Padua, to which it will be then transferred.
The local tax will be paid directly to the hotel at check-out and the hotel will release a special receipt.
The amount of the local tax is per person per night (for a maximum of 5 nights) and it is calculated as follows:
4-stars Hotel: € 3,00 per person per night
3-stars Hotel: € 2,00 per person per night
2-stars Hotel: € 1,50 per person per night
1-star Hotel: € 1,00 per person per night

The hotel tariffs on this web site don't include the local tax.
Vouchers
After settling the balance, the Booking Center will send you by e-mail the vouchers for different services: hotel, gala dinner, transfers, optional excursions ect.
Invoices
During the online registration, you will be asked to indicate the name of the person or the company/society you wish the invoice to be sent to.
For this reason, if two people wish to share a room, but require separate invoices, they must send an email to the Booking Center and to the booked hotel.
Invoices for the accommodation will be given by the hotel at the moment of the departure.
Arrival Time
Check-in-time usually starts at 2pm. If you want your room to be ready well in advance of its scheduled time of check-in standards, we suggest you to book and pay for the night before the day of arrival.
You must inform the hotel if you plan to arrive later than 6pm of the first day of reservation. Failure to communicate your arrival time might cause the release of your room.
Payment
Payment should be made in Euro online by credit card. An online registration form is available for payment by VISA or Mastercard in security certificate mode "Verisign"(see general information).
To confirm the booking, the hotel requires payment of a deposit equal to the cost of a hotel night booked until May 31, 2012.
For bookings made after 31 Mays 2012, will be asked for the full amount of stay.
It's mandatory for the settlement of the balance to be received by the Booking Center before 31st May 2012.
Personal cheques will not be accepted.

Change of Reservation Names and accommodation dates
Any change (name of participant or accompanying person, or dates of arrival/departure can be made until May 31th, 2012 by accessing your personal area with the password that you will receive by e-mail at the end of the online registration procedure. After May 31th, 2012 requests of change must be sent by e-mail to the Booking Centre. All changes are subject to the hotels availability.
If a participant wishes to reduce his/her stay after May 31st, 2012, the hotel has the right to charge the nights previously booked.
Hotel Changes and Cancellations
Cancellations can be done untill May 31th, 2012 by accessing your personal area with the password that you will receive by e-mail at the end of the online registration procedure. After May 31th, 2012 cancellation requests must be sent to the Booking Cente by e-mail or fax with reference to the international bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted. For cancellations made untill May 31th, 2012 the total balance will be refunded apart from 5% for transaction costs. Cancellations received between May 1st, 2012 and June 31st, 2012 will be charged of a fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation at the booked hotel. For cancellations received after June 30st, 2012 and in case of non arrival to the hotel, the full amount will be charged.
All refund claims will be settled after the conclusion of the manifestation.
